When you send a quote request, IssaWrap receives the contact details, vehicle information, service interests, notes, and any photos you choose to provide. We use that information to review your inquiry and contact you about your project.

Quote requests are stored in IssaWrap’s Supabase-hosted inquiry system, and any attached photos are stored in a private Supabase storage bucket. The form’s spam-prevention check is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. Information is available to the shop team for responding to your request and is handled under the shop’s applicable record-retention practices.

Where applicable, optional analytics are controlled by your cookie preferences. The quote-request analytics event, when allowed, contains service and photo counts only and excludes direct contact details and request content. See the cookie notice for categories and controls.

Text messages are sent only when you select text as your preferred contact method and check the SMS consent box. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

You may contact IssaWrap to ask about access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with a request, subject to applicable recordkeeping and legal requirements.
