Draft for business and Texas counsel review · Updated June 2026
These website terms are a starting draft, not legal advice. They do not replace the signed work order, product warranty, or consumer rights that cannot be waived. Have Texas counsel review the terms, deposits, warranty language, and dispute process before relying on them.
1. Website and quote requests
Information on this website, including examples, service descriptions, photographs, and any “from” price, is general information only. A website quote request is an inquiry, not an accepted order, reservation, final quote, or contract. Pricing, timing, service availability, materials, and scope are confirmed only in a written estimate or work order issued by IssaWrap Auto Styling (“IssaWrap”) and accepted by the customer.
Estimates may change after an in-person vehicle inspection, measurement, disassembly, paint assessment, or confirmation of material availability. The final written work order controls if it conflicts with website content or prior discussions.
2. Scope, approvals, and changes
The customer must review and approve the written work order, including vehicle identification, requested services, coverage, film or finish selection, price, estimated completion date, exclusions, and payment schedule before work begins. Colors, textures, gloss levels, and digital previews can vary by screen, lighting, production batch, vehicle shape, and installation conditions; samples or physical inspection should be used where an exact match matters.
Work outside the approved scope, hidden damage, additional preparation, removal of prior materials, or changes requested after approval may require a revised price and schedule. IssaWrap will obtain the customer’s approval for material changes before performing chargeable additional work, except where reasonably necessary to protect the vehicle or people from immediate harm; any such action and related cost will be documented.
3. Vehicle condition and customer responsibilities
Before drop-off, remove personal property, valuables, toll tags, and child seats unless the work order states otherwise. Tell IssaWrap about known paint repairs, repainting, body filler, ceramic coatings, prior wraps or films, loose trim, electrical issues, leaks, alarms, or other conditions that may affect the work. The customer authorizes reasonable access to the vehicle and agrees that a technician may move it within the shop or nearby work area for service, inspection, or safekeeping.
Wraps and protective films adhere differently to factory paint, repainted panels, damaged clear coat, and aftermarket parts. Removal can reveal or contribute to lifting, adhesive residue, discoloration, or paint damage, particularly on non-factory, aged, damaged, poorly bonded, or previously repaired finishes. IssaWrap will document known concerns and discuss material risks before proceeding. This notice does not waive responsibility for damage caused by IssaWrap’s negligence or other liability that applicable law does not permit it to disclaim.
4. Payments, deposits, cancellations, and refunds
Payment amounts and due dates are stated in the accepted work order. A deposit, if required, is credited as stated in that work order and may be applied to materials ordered, custom-cut or custom-produced goods, scheduling, and work already performed, to the extent allowed by law. The work order should identify any amount that is non-refundable and the specific costs it covers before the customer pays it; no deposit is automatically forfeited solely because the customer cancels.
Customers should request a cancellation or reschedule in writing as early as possible. If work is cancelled, IssaWrap may retain or charge only amounts authorized by the work order and permitted by law for completed labor, committed custom materials that cannot reasonably be returned or reused, and other documented costs. Any remaining balance or refund will be calculated under the accepted work order and applicable law. Custom-installed, cut, or vehicle-specific materials are not returnable after installation, except where a remedy is required by law or by the applicable product warranty.
Any concerns about workmanship should be reported promptly with the work order and photographs so IssaWrap has a reasonable opportunity to inspect and, where appropriate, correct the issue. Nothing in this section limits statutory refund, repair, chargeback, or other rights that cannot legally be waived.
5. Completion, pickup, and abandoned vehicles
Completion dates are estimates unless the work order expressly guarantees a date. Delays may occur due to vehicle condition, additional approved work, material availability, weather, equipment issues, or events beyond reasonable control. The customer should arrange pickup when notified that work is complete and pay amounts then due under the work order before vehicle release. Any storage or late-pickup charge must be disclosed in the work order and comply with applicable law.
6. Workmanship and product warranties
Any IssaWrap workmanship warranty and any manufacturer warranty must be described in the accepted work order or separate warranty document, including duration, covered work, exclusions, claim process, and transferability. Manufacturer warranties are controlled by their own terms and are not expanded by this website. Unless a written warranty or applicable law says otherwise, normal wear, impact damage, misuse, neglect, racing or track use, improper washing, harsh chemicals, unauthorized repair or removal, and failure to follow written care instructions may not be covered.
Customers must give IssaWrap a reasonable opportunity to inspect a claimed workmanship issue before another shop alters or removes the affected work, unless urgent action is needed to prevent additional damage or protect safety. This request does not remove any remedy required by law.
7. Aftercare, road use, and legal compliance
The customer is responsible for using and maintaining the vehicle in compliance with applicable laws, including rules for window tint, lighting, vehicle equipment, and road safety. IssaWrap will not knowingly install a configuration it reasonably believes is unlawful, but the customer remains responsible for confirming that the requested configuration is permitted for the vehicle and its intended use. Follow the aftercare instructions provided at pickup; early washing, pressure washing, abrasive products, or improper cleaning may affect appearance and product performance.
8. Customer designs and intellectual property
The customer retains rights in artwork and materials they provide and represents that they have permission for IssaWrap to use them for the requested project. The customer will be responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for third-party claims arising from artwork, logos, or instructions supplied by the customer without required rights. IssaWrap retains rights in its pre-existing designs, templates, methods, and materials; the customer receives only the rights expressly stated in the work order.
IssaWrap will not use identifiable customer or vehicle photographs in public marketing without separate permission. This does not prevent use of images for internal job documentation, quality review, or responding to a service claim.
9. Liability and claims
To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from a service, except where such limitation is prohibited by law. To the extent permitted by law, IssaWrap’s total liability for a particular service will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including applicable remedies for personal injury, intentional misconduct, or other non-waivable claims.
The customer is responsible for reasonable, documented losses caused by the customer’s material breach, unsafe instructions, or infringement of third-party rights in customer-supplied materials, but not for losses caused by IssaWrap’s own negligence, willful misconduct, or other conduct for which responsibility cannot legally be shifted.
10. Disputes and governing law
Please contact IssaWrap first so the parties can try to resolve a concern informally. These website terms are governed by Texas law, without displacing mandatory consumer protections. Any required court venue, pre-suit process, arbitration provision, class-action waiver, or limitations period must be stated in a separately reviewed and properly accepted agreement; this draft does not create one.
